There are so many different ways to build a website on Shopify, plus so many features that merchants simply would not know about or know where to find it. It must be very difficult for them to navigate through all the noise.

• What is your biggest takeaway from this experience?

While not too difficult to use, the Shopify platform is still not very intuitive, especially for less tech-savvy individuals.
